June’s arrival brings with it a familiar pattern: for the second consecutive month and the seventh time in the last five years, Wethersfield has seen no closed sales. The last time we experienced consecutive months without closed sales was back in July and August of 2010. But don’t worry, there’s some good news too. Two homes have made their debut on the market and quickly found interested buyers. With their expected closure in the coming weeks, we might just witness the start of a more active sales period.
